| TK Group successfully held the 2012 Annual Supplier Conference |

On 30th March afternoon, TK Group held the Annual Supplier Conference in Four Points By Sheraton Shenzhen hotel. Mr. Alan Lee, the chairman of board, Mr. Michael Yung, the board director, Mr. LY Lee, the board manager, and the General managers from each factoryćthe business managers and relevant staffs from purchase dept together with the representative of the suppliers total 150 people joined the conference.
In general, this conference has met the purpose; although with some details need to be improved, but total has strengthened the communication between the TK and suppliers. During the conference, together summarized the business in last year, and look into the future business in this year, not only give the direction to the suppliers, also play the positive role to the whole suppliers chain management.
